Mr. Colombo became President / Executive Director as of March, 2024. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a graduate of State College at Salem. Mr. Colombo has total responsibility and experience in all HUD/MHFA regulations and Mass. State Real Estate Laws that apply to housing practices and tenant rights. He has supervised the construction and development of $20,000,000 of various commercial and residential developments, assuming the responsibility for management at completion. He is well versed in all aspects of renting policies, occupancy and inspection standards, ADA/504, elderly service issues, marketing, collection and eviction, job creation and employee recruitment.
Our President, Mr. Salvatore Colombo has over 20 years’ experience in property operations and program management. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of both Salem State College and Babson College. Mr. Colombo is involved with all EBCDC, Inc/Metro Management properties, HUD/MHFA regulations, and Mass. State Real Estate Laws that apply to the portfolio and tenants’ rights. He has supervised the construction and development of $20M of various commercial and residential developments, assuming the responsibility of management at completion. He is well-versed in all aspects of renting policies, occupancy and inspection standards, ADA/504, elderly service issues, marketing, collection and eviction.
