Ms. Fronduto studied accounting at Boston University and Salem State College. She has been with EBCDC, Inc. since 1991.
Ms. Fronduto has the responsibility and experience to oversee compliance to accounting and audit procedures, budgetary requirements of MHFA, HUD, LIHTC and QALICB and all applicable agency regulations.
